Mrs. Elizabeth A. Smith has been employed in the financial sector for more than 35 years. She has a wealth of knowledge in the area of company incorporation and management. She is also a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). She served as Deputy Managing Director of Experta Trust Company (Bahamas) Limited from 2003 to 2008.

She presently serves as President and Director of Offshore Managers Limited.

In 2008 she was bestowed an honorary Doctor of Human Letters degree from the BWR Seminary in Virginia.
