The International Financial services industry has undergone considerable change in recent years including the implementation of new laws and regulations governing the conduct of business on a global basis.

As a result financial institutions are now legally bound to exercise greater scrutiny in the acceptance of new business and are expected to know more about their clients and the source of their wealth. OML has attempted to make this exercise as simple and painless as possible for its clients through the development of "user-friendly" documentation. Establishing a relationship with Offshore Managers Limited is therefore a simple process requiring each client to sign only one agreement, our "Service Contract". No further documentation is required as long as the Service Contract is properly and fully executed and submitted with attachments as required.
